Curtain Insulation Protection Boards
YKL Drainage Boards, are a protective layer made of high density polyethylene (HDPE), resistant to plant roots and rot, and separating the curtain wall from the soil by protecting it from water and moisture.
Areas of use
It is recommended to be used to protect water and heat insulation applied in curtain insulation of buildings.
Advantages
- Protects waterproofing from damages that may occur while filling the soil.
- The air trapped between the bubbles allows the curtain wall to breathe.
- It provides equal distribution of the pressure given by the soil load.
- Distributes the load that may occur at one point.
Packaging and Storage
It is produced in rolls of 2 x 20 m or 2 x 3 m.
It is stored upright and in the open air when necessary.
